You’re facing more than most people can see. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, or the ripple effects of big life changes — you don’t have to carry it alone.
I’m Jen Wiseman, a licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience helping adults and older teens find steadier ground. My approach is simple: compassion backed by skill. I’m practical, evidenced-based, and a straight-shooter – no jargon, no pop-psychology, just real help when you need it most.
Telehealth and in-person options available in Minnesota and Indiana.
I’ve spent my career helping people navigate mental health challenges that don’t have quick fixes — the ones that require honesty, patience, and the right kind of support.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and have worked in nearly every corner of mental health care — from hospitals and community programs to private practice. I’ve helped clients through depression, anxiety, post-surgical recovery, medical trauma, and life transitions.
I like to say I have a hard head and a soft heart. I’m kind, but I’m also direct. Together, we’ll face what’s in front of you and start building a more resilient foundation.
I offer psychotherapy and coaching that meet you where you are — in-person or online.
A 60- to 90-minute session where we explore what’s going on, review your history, and build a plan that fits you.

Weekly or biweekly sessions for adults and older teens (16+). Every client’s needs are different — some prefer a short, focused approach; others need deeper, longer-term work. I tailor every session to you.

For managers and executives who want to last through disruption and lead with steadiness. I partner with Tony Loyd to deliver coaching that’s research-backed and results-driven.
I combine empathy with direction. You’ll always know where we’re going and why. I use evidence-based tools drawn from decades of clinical experience — not one-size-fits-all scripts.
Whether we’re working through depression, anxiety, or the mental load of a health diagnosis, our sessions focus on what actually helps you move forward.
