Change used to come in waves. There was room to recover between them. Now it doesn’t stop.
Leaders absorb one disruption after another: market shifts, restructures, new tools, new demands.
That’s leadership strain: fatigue and overwhelm combined. It builds. It has nowhere to go.
This isn’t hypothetical. It shows up in turnover, stalled strategy, and leaders who quietly check out long before they quit.
Value
Real experience. Real research. A full path forward.
Jen has spent thirty years in the room with people at their hardest moments. She’s guided executives through burnout, grief, and change most leaders never talk about out loud.
Some call her a change doula. Others call her the CEO whisperer.
She pairs that clinical depth with a fresh look at the research behind the Endurance Leadership Framework. She’s lived through major change herself, not just studied it.
THE GUIDE
I’m Jennifer Wiseman. Licensed clinical social worker. Co-Founder and Chief Research Officer of Culture Shift Advisors.
I started in community mental health in 1994. Since then, I’ve worked with people carrying more than most people ever see: anxiety, grief, trauma. I’ve seen the kind of sustained pressure that breaks careers and relationships.
That’s the same pressure I now help executives and organizations face. I help them meet it before it breaks them.
THE PLAN
See exactly where endurance is breaking down.
Talk through what the assessment shows.
Leave with a real plan, not just insight.
WHY IT WORKS
Most leadership consultants have never sat with someone in crisis. I have. That experience shapes every tool in the Endurance Leadership Framework.
Leaders learn what’s actually happening inside them under pressure. They stop white-knuckling through it. They build real capacity instead. That shift changes how they lead. It changes how their teams perform too.
